Unacceptable standard of service of full fibre in my area

I work from home and am once again unable to work today, which is extremely frustrating and annoying.
It went down again just after 10pm last night and the diagnosis bot told me it should be up and running again by 4am, but clearly not. So I've contacted via text again this morning only to be told it'll be another 4 hours.
I never had these issues on ADSL. Yes it was slower but it worked. I am seriously thinking of asking Plusnet to put me back to it.
I think the root of the issues are clearly with how openreach have installed the network in the area (done earlier this year). Every time I see an openreach van in the area these days you can almost guarantee an outage within a day or so.
I never had issues with my full fibre in my old house in a different area.
Anyone else get these issues ?

My experience (so one data point) is that the Openreach/Plusnet full fibre service has been flawless since it was installed a couple of years back.
I was probably a fairly early adopter in my street but I think the Openreach build in the area was fairly advanced before my street went live.
I suggest you set up a Think Broadband Broadband Quality Monitor so you have a bit of evidence of future outages and also phone up and complain about the outages you have had so far.
Speed fluctuation (wired connections) is unusual. On WiFi it's not uncommon but it's not really a Plusnet "issue" as such.

You can ask but I'm afraid that you will find that it's impossible as Openreach will no longer provide it to Plusnet.
If your livelihood relies on you having a dependable Internet connection, it is advisable to have a back up to being dependent on a budget residential ISP.

Or consider a 4G/5G provider dependent on local coverage strength.

As an employee or as a self-employed person?
See Terms and conditions for Plusnet residential services | Help | Plusnet
2. Your use of the services
2.1. You must:
2.1.3. use the services for personal use in the UK (so don't use the services to run your own business) and in accordance with our Acceptable Use Policy;
If as an employee, then your employer ought to be providing a business grade service (or fall-back resilience) ... not leaving you to operate on a residential grade service with residential resolution times.
In another browser tab, login into the Plusnet user portal BEFORE clicking the fault & ticket links
Superusers are not staff, but they do have a direct line of communication into the business in order to raise issues, concerns and feedback from the community.

Yes obviously correct but.... It's really there to protect Plusnet in case of losses to your business / employer from their service issue... So most people use it for everything they need at home and don't realise it's not a business level service. Plusnet used to have a Business option / Professional level connection but that went a few years ago after being bought be BT Group and you are now expected to sign up with BT Business Broadband - which might be wise if you're running your own business from home, depends how critical the internet connection is to that business.
Or as some people do build your own resilient solution.
I was lucky enough many years ago to work for a large very good employer who provided me with a business phone and internet connection at home, in addition to the domestic service we already had for ourselves. It was very helpful at the time as I had a lot of afternoon/evening phone meetings with the US which would have blocked our home phone.
All different these days with Teams/Webex etc...
