Re: Time outs and emails replies

These are the instructions I posted previously, extra pointers added

To gain access the the Hub two management console you use link http://192.168.1.254

You may see a warning message about having to use https follow this link for more information

https://www.plus.net/help/hubgui/hub-warning/

The information required is found by navigating from the Home page to

>Advanced settings >Technical log ->Event log. click on Export, this download the log to the ./Download folder

Use the paper clip below the reply window to attach the exported .csv file to a reply.

Re: Time outs and emails replies

Yes, they remain in the draft folder with the only message in red text reading "error sending message"....no mention of  them being spam.....with the NHS emails - they're expecting me to reply in response to theirs.....I wouldn't know how to determine if Mailbird "thinks they're spam".....Mailbird support have not metnioned that possibility.

Re: Time outs and emails replies

Please forgive me for asking, but you'll understand after the previous confusion, are you wanting me to do this so that you can see the exported CSV file...in a reply on here...?

Yes , certain replys remain in the draft box with the only message in red text reading "error sending message".....they're not marked as spam, and in discussion with mailbird support they have not mentioned anything about this possiblility....

Re: Time outs and emails replies

I asked because I found a message on community.bt.com where somebody else had the same issue as you.

https://community.bt.com/t5/Archive-Staging/Error-in-Forwading-or-replying-to-some-emails/td-p/21996...

Unfortunately there is no answer.

First check the outgoing settings are correct in Mailbird:

https://www.bt.com/help/email/manage-email-account/manual-settings/what-are-the-settings-for-outgoin...

If the settings are correct then I can only suggest to join community.bt.com and raise a question there as the bt mail server might be rejecting the e-mail and then it gets stuck in drafts.

I don't believe you have a Plusnet or broadband speed issue.

Re: Time outs and emails replies

Don't know if this is relevent? Also, having a URL in the email body seems to trigger it.

Re: Mail bounced back with "550 spam, or phishing or malware."
I had this. The home hub's dynamic IP address was blacklisted; I was advised to reboot the hub - turn off then on - and all worked normally. Solved.

I hope that helps.
