Switching to Full Fibre

I've placed an order to switch to Full Fibre. I'm currentlly on Fibre to the cabinet. I have a couple of questions. 

In the How to set up your Plusnet Hub Two router - Full Fibre guide it mentions red tipped and yellow tipped ethernet cables. Can someone please tell me if the red tipped and yellow tipped cables are the same? I only have a yellow tipped ethernet cable. Are both cables straight through or crossover?

My existing Plusnet Hub Two is in bridging mode and pppoe is performed by my own router. I used the online guide provided by Plusnet, but the values didn't work. I found only specifiying my username and password worked. Would I use the same or different pppoe settings when I switch to Full Fibre? I'm assuming I will no longer need the Plusnet Hub Two Router and my router can plug directly into the Openreach box.

@paul1974  The cables are the same, normal straight through so no problem there.

Your existing settings will work, just connect the router WAN port to the Openreach Box aka the ONT (Optical network termination).
