Sporadic Performance Issues

The last few days I've been experiencing intermittent performance issues. Every few page loads one will hang for several seconds (10-20) or indefinitely, then it will be fine again.

I've tried the usual router reboot, and wired connection (rather than wifi) but no difference.

@Gandalf - is there anything you can look at to see if there is an issue?

Hi David

Our tests aren't showing any issues with your FTTP service. Is your wired connection a laptop/computer connected directly into your router using an ethernet cable without any switches or powerline adapters in place?

Do you also have a different router you can try?

Thanks for looking in to this... whatever it was seems to have healed - it's not done it for a few days now.

Good to know the FTTP service is OK from your end though.
