Service Outage - unable to report

Hi

Since 8pm on 24th Dec  - no internet.

Cant report fault by text - doesn't recognise number.

Cant report by phone  - as lines closed.

How can i report the fault/check ?

You can't - no staff cover, so far as I am aware.
