Just upgraded to FTTP to-day talked about using my own router,will I be sent a router automatically as nothing was mentioned over the phone about sending one may be a good idea if there is any problem's on the day with mine.

fwiw, I think Plusnet usually levy a delivery charge for shipping a new hub two.
If you have not received any email notification about the hub and delivery charge, then it sounds like one hasn't been ordered.
Simply give Customer Options Team a call to order a hub two.
