Possible outage?

My fibre tonight is awful. Speed is 2!! Usually 140. Nothing has changed, router fine. Issue in CH7 area?

I'm sorry to hear your speeds are poor.

Our tests aren't showing any issues that would cause this.

Can you try a direct wired connection to the router?

As of the 1st of January 2026, I no longer work in Plusne,t so I'll be unable to assist you with any queries.
