Hello, I just switched to Plusnet from Vodafone and now I'm getting ping spikes in games I play. It's most noticeable with the game Heroes of the Storm, where my ping will comfortably around 13ms and spike to 30ms once a minute or so, sometimes lasting up to three seconds which the game can even identify as a disconnect.
I didn't have this problem with Vodafone, and the only difference in hardware is the router itself, switching the Vodafone Wifi Hub to the Plusnet Hub Two. I have two Eero 6's connected in bridge mode, as I did with Vodefone.
Thanks.

To follow on to this, I took the Hub Two out the equation completely and connected one of my Eero hubs as the primary router with PPPoE and I'm seeing the exact same issue.

All I can think of is differences in peering between Vodafone and Plusnet.
As I understand it, Vodafone peer in lots of locations, I have the impression that BT/Plusnet it's less distributed.
Why you are getting spikes in ping I don't know.
Assuming the Eero is able to respond to a WAN ping, setting up a ThinkBroadband monitor

would provide further data.
If you connect over WiFi, that would be my first thought but I can't see why the WiFi performance would be different between Vodafone & Plusnet using the same Eero setup.
