Packet Loss possible fault ?

Screenshot 2026-08-11 110212.png

Any idea what could be causing the packet loss its on a family connection, they have full fibre 900 installed 4 months ago.

They don't report any connection drops as of yet but did notice a speed drop from 950 to 800 as it stand at the moment (I know 500 is the minimum it can go to) and they also barely use the internet its mostly for streaming tv.

I don't have any access to there router logs as of yet but thought I might ask here why so much red all of a sudden.

Re: Packet Loss possible fault ?

@Stillgame2026 - this is perhaps worth a read as the amount of loss looks similar. That particular issue is potentially resolved now though.

Does the family connection graphing still look bad?

Re: Packet Loss possible fault ?

I think my family member has contacted Plusnet as people next door to him are having FTTP installed and hes started having issues the day they were getting FTTP. So we think it might be related to that.
