It now clear to me the M5 primary node maybe not in the same room as the ONT and Hub Two.

If the problem persists maybe look to convert the M5 mesh to Wireless Access mode which disables the router element of the M5 and creates a single LAN in your property; no more double NAT, the WiFi should coverage should be uneffected.

Superusers are not staff, but they do have a direct line of communication into the business in order to raise issues, concerns and feedback from the community.
