Hi,
I've recently moved house and have upgraded to the 900 FTTP package. I've had a static ip for around 10 years but just this morning it seems to have reverted to a dynamic. I know that static IPs are no longer offered by Plusnet, but would this affect existing ones?
Cheers!
Fixed! Go to the fix.

@bebrooke If you have 'lost' your static, it is possible for it to be re-allocated, but this topic needs to be spotted by a PN staff member with experience.
@plusnettony - can you assist here?

Hi @MatthewWheeler ,
That's great, I've got my old ip back. Thanks for sorting so quickly. @Marsh thanks for also having a look!
Cheers,
Ben
