The thing is I never requested this. The only chance I made to my account recently was to upgrade from 300mb to 500mb fibre.
Does anyone have any idea what’s going on?

Just ignore it, its a spurious message generated in error. Its a legacy message part of the account change process. There is no interleaving on full fibre
