@xenomorph As PN IPs are 'sticky', they don't change that often. They are taken from a 'local' pool so the chances are you will end up with the same one even if your router reboots. If you want/need a new one, the best chance is by leaving the router off overnight, but even that doesn't guarantee a new one.

Reason being one website that lets users upload and download android keybox uses throttling using IP and it keeps saying I downloaded enough even though I not downloaded anything same message for few day's.
