How to cancel BT Openreach engineer visit

How to cancel BT openreach engineer visit. Fault is fixed. I am out of the country , so cannot phone 0330 number to cancel engineer thanks.

hi John, thanks for your reply,
i think engineer was due for tomorrow, but i spoke to plusnet and they said they would contact BT as I do not have rights to change appointment, but haven't received any comms from plusnet or BT. Normally i receive a txt, but havent received 1 yet. we had to do an emergency flight to Australia and wont be back until 7 September. calls to cost £1 pm, and texts 30 p each.
