Getting average 68 Mbps before renewal

Thanks @Gandalf  Just re=started my router and my speed has gone up to 60 Mbps.

I really appreciate your and everyone else on this forum for your help.

I understand that my speed is above the minimum which I am very grateful.

No problem at all, happy to help in any way I can and I'm glad to see you've got a bit more speed now.

Don't get me wrong though, I'm happy to investigate a speed issue even if it's above the minimum as there may be an issue, but I think at the moment that's the most we can do.
