Full Fibre 300 Speeds

Sorry i put this on another post but think it might not be seen as that was ticked  fixed.

Full Fibre 300 connected today ( 10th March )

When engineer left I was getting 300-310 to my desktop by WiFi in different room to router

engineer connected new router and cables sent by Plusnet

been checking speeds but this afternoon download suddenly only getting between 75 - 90mbps

upload between 40 - 50mbps

I assumed it would be the 10 day wait but it says NO in the other fixed reply

Should i phone in / will I only get the wait 10day response.

The old initial training period is for ADSL & FTTC only. 

FTTP works at the expected speed from the moment it is turned on.

Perform speed tests with network cable connected directly to the Router.

Speed tests over Wi-Fi tell you most about how your device performs, not the speed of the service to the Router.
