Frequent Internet Disconnections since 11 Dec

Getting frequent dropouts recently since 11 December. Before this, the service was pretty solid for many months. Ive tried to ext the SMS fault line but it doesn't recognise my mobile number (and we don't have a phone line).

 

Any suggestions of what to do?

Where is this information coming from?

Superusers are not staff, but they do have a direct line of communication into the business in order to raise issues, concerns and feedback from the community.

Can you 100% certain that the system is not generating false reports? See https://community.ui.com/questions/Gateway-and-Switch-Connected-alerts-but-no-disconnection/6892b795... and many other similar reports on Google.

Thanks for that link, I hadn't seen those before.

I don't think this is a case of false reports, as my secondary "Internet issues" alert system (aka my kids) had confirmed that the internet was definitely not working when there was more than a couple of minutes' break in service!
