Fibre to Full Fibre upgrade - what happen in the day of switch ?

Hi All,
I have switching from Plusnet Fibre to Full Fibre scheduled to next week but is anybody knows how service switch will be done ? What really interesting me is if my current broadbland will be switched off and if when this happen ?
Any information are welcome

Your current service will be switched off when the new service is operational.
In another browser tab, login into the Plusnet user portal BEFORE clicking the fault & ticket links
Superusers are not staff, but they do have a direct line of communication into the business in order to raise issues, concerns and feedback from the community.

Once the engineer has installed the various bits and pieces and run the fibre cable it should work straight out of the box so to speak. They should test this before they leave. Your old service is ceased at this point.
