Openreach engineer visited yesterday and completed the BT side of the install. Solid sync light on the modem, but both of the routers I tried (PN supplied Nethear and my own Draytek 2820 (with Wan port)) refused to authenticate (if they indeed got that far).
Please could somone take a look and see whats up? (ticket has been uipdated with more info)
