FTTC installation

I had FTTC installed yesterday. The BT man was very helpful and installed it where I wanted it to be. Completed it within an hour, cup of coffee helped I think. Speed now gradually going up, but my profile is only at 7.15 Mb. Raised a ticket No 41032451. Hope to see full speed later today. Still a great improvement on 2Mb had before.......

In view of Adam Walker's sticky topic above could I push this up and ask for some assistance in bumping up my speed profile.

Thanks very much to the Plusnet Techy bloke who endured my semi rant this morning, seems I had been put on the wrong profile (7.15 Mb instead of 37 Mb). Now I am getting 32Mb download. Cheers to Plusnet for acting quickly after I phoned this morning.
