FTTC - Instaleld today can I have my IP Profile changed.

just thought if you need to know what user I am you can see the ticket regarding my FTTC #40401670
I am only getting 1.5Mbps down is this to do with the IP profile?

Sorry to bump this but are there any Plusnet people about on this forum? I have also tried raising a ticket and no reply. Really hoping I can get my IP Profile updated soon because I can't do a lot on the speeds im getting at the moment around 1Mbps.

Hi,
I've just checked and it appears it has already been changed. If you haven't already, please power cycle (disconnect and reconnect) your router
