Engineer visit

Dear Plusnet, Just a note about my engineer visit on Monday, 17/08/2026.  Do I need to do anything myself before the engineer comes around, please?  Perhaps the engineer needs me to start up the new router, for example.  Would there be anything else, please?

Edit : Forgot to add - the bit about power sockets is wrong. The Router connects via ethernet cable so can go anywhere you're happy to run said cable.
