Connection Dropping

I'm periodicity loosing my Internet connection (full fibre) the light on the Hub goes red connection is lost.  So far the connection has restored itself  quite quickly but the faults are occurring more often. 

 

I'm unsure how to resolve this, it's important a family member works from home.

 

 

Advice appreciated.

@ora8i Are you sure you are on FF, as you have posted on the ADSL/FTTC board? If you are on FF, what happens to the lights on the ONT?

When you have confirmed you connection type, we can then ask the correct questions.

I'm sorry you are having problems with your connection and we do want to help get to the bottom of this. 

 

I want to make sure what we are seeing lines up with what you are seeing. 

 

Can you look at the drops here; http://visualradius.plus.net/visualradius/generated/image17233826298623.png and tell me if they are the same or if there is more?

I have not kept a record of the dropouts anc so cannot be sure however the representation you sent seems feasible.

@ora8i If those are the only drops you are aware of, I doubt you will get very far with a resolution - Openreach will regard-those as 'well within tolerance' and won't entertain an engineer visit.
