I appear to have been unaffected by this problem though. I did see my profile change to 40 one day but someone changed it back for be and even when my profile was at 40 my speeds remained unchanged. Guess I was lucky

Would you mind checking my profile as well?
I've noticed 40Mbps-type speeds recently so I wonder if I'm affected by the profile issue?
Also, apoligies for not providing feedback since I've been on the trial - just for the record the speeds and stability of the connection have been stella until very recently.

Haven't provided feedback in a while as there was nothing to add, after a few initial teething problems. it's been 74/16 all day long..... until now.

Peerless service as usual. Plusnet may not the the cheapest, but certainly the best customer service I've experienced in connectivity over the last fifteen years.
Now just get that pesky 120GB limit lifted, or at least doubled, and that would be just great.

Please can I be taken off the 80/20 trial and have my line reset back to it's original highly stable 40/2 mode?
I have enquired once and asked this twice before - hopefully third time lucky it will happen
