It shows an overhead installation. A slightly different cable is used on underground feeds (or was on mine!!!).

Could you pop the dimensions of the ONT up? I have a lovely 250mm gap for mine, right next to a double mains socket too.

Note that the originator of the video appeared to have a pre-installed setup so the cable run simply followed the existing duct. I was told on my install that it's up to the engineer to decide what's possible within the house. They won't go through walls etc.
