new fibre install keeps disconnecting

Openreach came out today must of did the work ive done some tests and the line syncs 5mb less now and pings have doubled that could be off all the disconnections recently with all the work goin on will dlm still reset the latency if a stable line is achieved or will it stay like this as its in the 10 day training period?

Connection still dropping and wateva they have done seems to have made things worse latency doubled，packet loss ，lesser sync rate!! Internets mainly used for online gaming and and layency was great before now its doubled and the packet loss cant be good and im getting 25% less speed than i should be and the connection still drops.

Connections just went back to how it was before half the speed i should be latency doubled but now upload has also halfed so its even worse am i gonna get a reply on here or will i have to ring up.
