imgur.com been slow all week now unreachable

I have also noticed this the last week or so and it has been getting worse and worse.
It was previously that some sites would run slower than others, but now they are giving me 500 server not found error codes instead.
For example, www.pandawill.com. Completely fine on my phone's 3g, but completely inaccessible if my phone is connected to the wi-fi. I can get to google's cached version on both however.
What is causing this and when will it be fixed?! It is highly frustrating to not be able to access various websites, including some I use for work, from my home computer. I am a web developer, if I look at a website and I see it is down I need to know it is REALLY down and not just plusnet deciding to block websites for me for no reason.
Sort it out or I'll jumping ship.

I can access www.pandawill.com and tracing to the site (or the URL it's images are stored at) doesn't suggest traffic is being routed through the IWF proxy.

No I didn't but I can do if people are still experiencing problems. Looking at our graphing suggests that Highwinds traffic may have stopped going through the caches late last week.

a few of the site ive tried sometimes 1 in 5 times shows

Which sites, and what happens if you try tracing to them?
I understand a few of you are still seeing issues with nexusmods.com, but AFACT traffic is no longer routing via the IWF caches. Traceroutes from those of you still experiencing difficulties would be helpful. If there's any external discussion about it e.g. on a nexusmods.com forum or similar then feel free to point me in that direction too.

The above is using the routers dns forwarder (192.168.1.254), what the router is using is unknown but I very much doubt it's google dns.
Please try the following command to get the ip address directly from google dns.

If that gives a different IP address to what you were getting then you need to look at the routers dns setings.
