I am an existing plusnet customer and have upgraded to Fibre - the emails I have received suggest that I should now be able to use Fibre but my connection speeds haven't changed from those experienced with ADSL. I received my Fibre router yesterday and it's all in place.

I have looked over your account and checked your Fibre order, this is due to complete tomorrow and we advise this can take up to midnight to go through the systems.
If you already have your Fibre router connected once the order completes you will just need to restart this to allow it to pick up your new speeds.
