What speed should I be getting?

Howdy,

Previously on BT Broadband and got 62/10 consistently. Now on Plusnet Fibre Extra and I'm getting 50/9 after 14 days.

Wired connection, stock router with no other devices attached.

Why am I not getting near the 62 I previously got?

This is the reason for the post..... I am enquiring to see if the community can indicate of there is an actual problem with the speed I am achieving.
