Very slow broadband since "upgrade" to fibre

You are on a 40Mbps down / 2 Mbps up service so you will not get any better upload speed. If your download speed estimate is greater than 40Mbps you can upgrade to Fibre Extra. (80/20).

 If you contact our Customer Options Team on 0800 013 2632 (Selecting Option 1 then Option 2) we can arrange that.
