Upload speed ~ 1 mbps

Hi,

On plusnet fibre
Modem: Netgear DM200, using the Netgear genie settings
Router: Tenda Nova MW6, latest firmware, DCHP connection, QoS enabled, Fast roaming enabled, UPnP enabled, everything else turned off or not changed from standard

Regardless of if I’m on WiFi, Ethernet from the Tenda or DM200 the following performance always returns:
Download speed: ~ 50-60 mbps
Upload speed: ~1.0 mbps

Any ideas on why the super slow upload speed?

Hi @Elliot75, testing the line has detected an external fault on the phone line so I have raised this with our suppliers and we should expect an update with the next 2-3 working days.

I am really sorry for any inconvenience caused.
