So after upgrading from unlimited fibre to fibre extra a few weels ago I have noticed my speed is only reaching 20mbps while the minimum guaranteed speed is 50mbps.
The day of the upgrade it was reaching 65-70mbps but from then on it has only been able to reach the 20mbps even after the 2 week period of tests.
I have done the btwholesale tests which show I should be getting up to 71.35mbps down. I have also checked all cables are connected properly etc but nothing has fixed the issue.
Any help is greatly appreciated.
