Over the last couple of weeks I've noticed a significant bandwidth drop for p2p traffic. Could someone confirm whether this is due to any kind of b/w throttling? If this is the case, could you explain how you apply this? I've switched my online storage provide a couple of times resulting a lot of traffic over the last few weeks so am wondering if I've hit some kind of limit. If so I'm okay with this assuming it resets at some point, if this isn't the case then something else is going on.
