Hard to tell if your fibre is on G.INP Enabled, if it was, your line would get near around 56Meg on data rate (only if your cabinet are Huawei) as 49Meg isn't banded on the line. @jasamd85 Current line speed:47 Mb seem about right but it need to check GEA Test by PN tomorrow if u ask them. Is your cabinet ECI or Huawei?

Previous to PLUSNET i have been with 

BT

Vodafone

TalkTalk

EE

all with 65mb+!

I know my speed is within the limits but i know for a fact my line is MUCH more capable of greater speeds as i have had fibre for over 6 years

@jasamd85 I am afraid that it has changed due to more peoples connected in your cabinet due to crosstalk that reduced from High 65 to 58.9 now according to BT data:

Your Fibre should be getting around 56Meg if G.INP was Enabled or both G.INP Enabled and target SNR 3dB to get your line around 58Meg. But it cannot go faster than 58 at the moment.

How do we get this enabled then

It only done by DLM itself in time. Best to leave your Hub One ON at all times for the cabinet DLM to decided what next step as long your line remain stable. But PN cannot adjustment target SNR 3dB nor Plusnet cannot disabled interleaving or enabled G.INP. Only the DLM will do itself.
