Slow speed

Hi just upgraded to fibre extra with a guaranteed speed of between 37-47 but am only getting 34.i was getting 30 before I upgraded.just wondered if it takes time to settle and may increase in a few days.i upgraded on the 29th.

Sorry to hear your speeds are still slow.

The upgrade has gone through on our suppliers end so everything is set correctly.

I'd recommend raising a fault here so we can investigate further
