Slow speed at evening's

Hello everyone
I have fiber installed and for about a year I had nothing to say about it. But recently the speeds started to vary from time to time and at the moment from about 19h to 22h the speeds drop from 37mb to 4mb.

Anyone has any idea what the problem might be?

Hello @SpendLessTime I've checked the packet loss with ping test and it was 0.
And the speed until about 19h is between 24 mb to 37 mb

Worth a check and glad you're not suffering from that particular one.

So it is probably worth you stepping through the various diagnostics. I've included the links below.

First thing is to check for a phone fault (if Plusnet provide the phone start here https://www.plus.net/help/phone/phone-line-troubleshooting/ ) If you do have a phone voice fault, report it as such and do not mention any broadband issues. And then when that is fixed, see if the broadband is better.
