Hello,
Please can you run a line test on my phone line, my sync speed has dropped from 79mb to 35mb also the upload speed has dropped from 19 to 14. I've done all the usual things,

As the troubleshooting checks and connecting to the test socket hasn't resolved the problem, we'll need to arrange an engineer visit so that this can be investigated further. Please can you add your availability for an engineer to the ticket here. If you get back in touch on here once you've done this, we'll pick this back up and get the appointment booked for you.

All good this end, open reach turned up and resolved the issue on the pole affecting my sync speed i'm now back to
Down Stream : 79995Kbps / Up Stream : 20000Kbps
Could you check my speed profile make sure that hasn't dropped due tot he issue

Glad to hear the engineer sorted you. I've just checked your connection profile and it's sat at 78000 (the highest it goes)
