Request IP Profile reset

Hi there

Would it be possible for my IP profile to be reset please? I used to get nearer to 70/19 but I seem to be down to 55/19 over the past few months. Could be something to do with my router having some issues not too long ago and was dropping the connection (faulty homehub).

Hi Arith,

We're not actually able to reset an IP profile on a fibre connection.

We're you connecting over WiFi or ethernet when you noticed the reduction in speeds?

Oh I see.

I'm always connected to the router via Ethernet. Last time something like this happened, my profile on the ellacoya server was reset/updated and my speed returned to normal, not sure if that's related?
