Even if your IP profile was 73.4 they would still say you are in acceptable range
My 80/20 says For your connection, the acceptable range of speedsis 40 Mbps-77.43 Mbps .
So Basically its not a Fault until i have lost 50% !!!!!! of my speed
Acceptable Range is stupid its just a get out
samsung 850evo 250gig , WD black 2 TB . Asus Phoebus sound ,
16 gig Avexir ram 2400 , water cooling Corsair H100i gtx ,
Corsair 750HXI Psu , Phanteks Enthoo pro case .

We're not going off the acceptable range shown there, the information is from the estimates at http://dslchecker.bt.com/ - if you're syncing below the low end of the clean estimate then it's classed as a fault.

Ok, so the estimate for my line is between 80 and 66, is that correct?
Yes, the sync speed estimate is between 80 and 66.

For your connection, the acceptable range of speedsis 40 Mbps-63.77 Mbps .

My IP profile before I got a dropped connection the other day was 73.4
My current download speed (done on BTW and speedtest) is between 59 and 61. Before the disconnect it was between 70 and 72, very rarely even 73
Also, my faceplate does not have a test socket.
So am I or am I not below the estimate range?
You are exactly on the bottom end of the estimate range:

Is this within the estimate range too?
Download speedachieved during the test was - 47.49 Mbps
For your connection, the acceptable range of speedsis 40 Mbps-63.77 Mbps .
Additional Information:
IP Profile for your line is - 63.77 Mbps
So I've gone from between 70-72 Mbps to 47.49
I don't know about you but this doesn't seem right ....

The estimate range is for the sync speed, that's the speed I've provided from the line test.
The issue on the latest speedtest you've shown is lower than I'd expect yes, but isn't the same issue as the sync speed reducing to 66Mb/s.
I'm simply trying to set the expectations of what you can expect from your line and what is classed as a fault or not.
We're more than happy to get an engineer to visit and that's why I've left the fault ticket open, I just wanted to make you aware of what the estimates are relating to.

@Chris I'm not happy about this but it is what it is I guess. One can enjoy ~70-74 Mb since 2012 and one day be inexplicably reduced to 59-61 Mb and that's that.
Thanks for taking the time to explain the estimate range though I suppose.
Cheers

It may also increase on it's own again.
I have just noticed that your line has had a couple of disconnections today, if this continues let me know as that may actually point to a fault.
At this point I'm going to pass the fault ticket back to you, it'll stay open for 14 days to allow you to monitor the line and let you get back to us if you have any further issues.

The disconnects were me trying to plug into different routers and also directly into the modem. Just making sure equipment is working ok.
