Since the 25th of October my speeds have been extremely slow, I've also noticed a massive reduction in download speeds. A 161mb file took me 45 minutes to download - sometimes getting a stable connection is impossible. The range of the wifi itself has been abysmal, if I'm not sat in the same room as the router I get no internet whatsoever. I've never had issues with plusnet before, everything has been fine up until a few days ago. I checked all the planned work and none seemed to affect anywhere close to me.
Ran a speed test, the results are as follows:
Ping Latency: 205.00

Hi, given what you've mentioned and what I can see noted from a call to us yesterday it really does sound like a WiFi issue.
