Hi Anoush could you arrange for the engineer to come in a morning appointment to my house please and also just to let you know i also accept any charges if the problem is inside my house ( hopefully not ) cheers for the help , i just want my internet back to normal !

No problems, if you can reply to the ticket on your account with the requested info we'll book the appointment as soon as we can. Currently the fault report is stuck within the BT systems but that's expected to be resolved by tomorrow.
