Dear team,
When I logged in to my account a week ago I found an offer to upgrade to fiber for only £11 a month as I am getting to the end of my contract. The offer says this excludes line rental, but as I am on a free line rental, the offer explained, the total cost would be £11 per month only. However, a colleague of mine called you and enquired over the phone as he found the offer to good to be true, and he has been told that once the current contract is ended (i.e. in one month) he will have to pay a full line rental fees in addition to the £11m.
I find the advertisement that made me move to fiber unclear. I actually do not need fiber, but when I saw it so cheap I was why not. The new contract is to be activated on the 9th of September. I am kindly asking you to cancel my order.
Thanks
Fixed! Go to the fix.

If a deal looks to be too good to be true it generally is.
You have to ring in to cancel within 14 days. This and other contractual issues won't be handled on this forum.
