No internet

@Gandalf 

 

Our family has no access to internet. We are unable to work from home at this critical time.

It has been down for several hours and we've tried all the steps several times always resolving to contact support BUT there is no phone support and no chat support.

Please can someone at Plusnet look into this issue for me?

I'm sorry that your connection is down and for the inconvenience that this is causing you under the current circumstances.


Having checked your account, I can see that you have since discussed this with our technical support team and a fault has been found on the line. This has been raised to our suppliers for further investigation and their estimated response time is by the 8th of April. As the fault lies external to your property, this is only an estimate and they'll resolve it sooner if they can. Our faults team will contact you once we receive an update from our suppliers.
