FTTP is now available here, but Plusnet won't allow us to upgrade from our current internet package. It comes up as available on the uswitch fibre checker, but when we click through the process to upgrade, the only option we are left with is "Keep this product" for our current setup (Unlimited broadband). Can't get help on telephone or live chat at the moment, so wondered if anyone might know what's going on or how we can get an upgrade organised?

Plusnet arent offering an FTTP product at the moment.
Superusers are not staff, but they do have a direct line of communication into the business in order to raise issues, concerns and feedback from the community.

Plusnet don't sell FTTP - they did have a "trial" a few years ago, but it has been closed to new connections for several years now.
You will have to change to a different ISP to get FTTP, but here may be a delay in getting an FTTP connection due to the Corvid-19 crisis...

To get FTTP installed an Openreach technician has to enter your property. As you will read here, Openreach are 'advising' their staff not to enter a customer's property. https://www.openreach.com/covid-19-coronavirus Consequently I fear that you will not be able to upgrade with any ISP until this crisis is over.
