All that is required if you read through from the start of this thread is to move my wire pairs onto new ones,i knew this would drag on. Sad Shocked Huh

I have answered the last reply from support & i am asking if my wires can be moved to another pair,this is taking a while all this. Sad Shocked Huh

There has to be an underlying cause if you've already had the pairs changed once - this needs to be addressed and looked at.

If you read from the very start you will see why it was changed,because of a new overhead cable fitted.

The cable was changed and the tree was cut back... You seem to jumping to the conclusion that your current fault is caused by the same issue?
BT will investigate the new problem on its merits rather than jumping to conclusions. Posting daily requesting a fix be applied without investigating the cause won't make it happen any quicker Sad

pwatson is correct in what he's saying.
It's not up to Plusnet what Openreach do, as they have their own protocols for dealing with faults.
