I have been with plusnet for 8 years and have had the 582n router ever since I joined. Recently our wifi/internet has been really poor and they said I needed a new router and have sent me the Hub One router.
Do I still need to use the BT Openreach box that came with my original router? It isn’t mentioned in the set-up instructions at all?
Mine and my flat mates work laptops are connecting to the wifi but say 'no internet'. Our personal/home laptop is fine. Could our work laptops be blocking something?
