Low internet speed all this week also landline is down , I have done all plusnet checklist ..

Please can I have help , internet speed between 3 to 5 mbps download and only 0.28 upload , my son is working on nd trying to coordinate volunteers for the NHS  which involve video conferencing on this internet , our telephone line is also down . We have completed all Plusnet trouble shooting list but still no improvement ,

Would appreciate help ,

I've looked into this for you and our tests have found an external fault on the line.

This has been raised to our suppliers so that they can investigate further.
