Half connection speed unlimited fibre

Hi

went through two days of drop off and resetting router. Now only getting 8-12mbps with everybody off the home network.

Is this a throttle back and busy times or another problem?

Can you please PM us your user name so we can take a look?

I can say for sure that you line is not being throttled, but you may be banded due to the drops. It's also possible you've got a wifi issue. We'll advise further when we can see the account.

I've run a test and  I can't see why you'd be getting slow speeds.

Are you able to try a wired connection for testing?What speeds do you get on that at speedtest.net?
