Internet slow and diconnecting

Last few days the internet has been very slow and I keep getting disconnected from my PC. 

I seen an orange symbol on the router too. I have rebooted it several times.

I did a speed test and it was under 1mbs(!) one time and under 10mb last time I tested it (should be around 35mbs I reckon)

Is there a problem you can detect? thanks

I have moved it off a public forum to a private area that Plusnet staff have access too.

Just got 1.5mbs download speed on testing there, Youtube is stopping and buffering every couple of seconds, very annoying. What can be wrong?

Upload seems unaffected at 8mbs.

My broadband was never this patchy.
