Help router keeps kicking me off and rebooting

Hi, I am having problems with my router.  It seems to keep rebooting.  The internet gets dropped and the lights start alternating between flashing orange and steady orange before going back blue.  It is happening more and more frequently.  I can't contact anyone on either on the customer services phone or messenger.  Please someone help me I can't get work done as I am loosing internet connection.
